When people hire my wife and me, they get two agents working together, and I love that Scott and Jaylene bring the same approach.When I first called, Jaylene answered right away. After I explained our situation, she quickly looped Scott into the conversation on speakerphone. I had planned to interview a few other agents, but after speaking with Scott and Jaylene for about 20 minutes, I was sold. They were professional and knowledgeable about the Glendale market, and just as importantly, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Their sense of humor and approachable style sealed the deal for me.We flew out to Arizona, met with them in person, and showed them the property. We discussed our goals and timeline, and they moved quickly. They had the property marketed and under contract within a day, with multiple offers! Throughout the entire process, they were right there with us, even after we had returned home. The sale required some work to meet VA buyer standards, and Scott and Jaylene handled it all, coordinating with contractors, cleaners, and the buyer’s agent.
